As President and CEO of ChannelAdvisor, Scot Wingo leads the company in its mission to provide retailers and manufacturers with the software and services needed to successfully sell their products via online sales channels. Prior to launching ChannelAdvisor, Scot played a role as the General Manager of GoTo Auctions, CEO and co-founder of AuctionRover.com (acquired by GoTo.com) and CEO and co-founder of Stingray Software (acquired by RogueWave).
Scot received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from the University of South Carolina and Masters in Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University. Scot has received numerous awards including Ernst and Young’s Entrepreneur of the Year and Triangle Business Journal’s 40 under 40.
As the Chief Technology Officer, Aris Buinevicius drives the company's technological vision and uses innovative knowledge management and development practices to enhance the company's competitive edge. Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Aris was the Director of Technology at GoTo Auctions, CTO and co-founder of AuctionRover.com and CTO and co-founder of Stingray Software.
Aris received a Bachelor of Computer Science degree from Iowa State University and Masters in Computer Science degree from North Carolina State University.
As the Vice President of Business Development, Marketing and Strategic Partnerships, Michael leads ChannelAdvisor's global marketing and business development as well as corporate development and acquisition strategies. Previously Michael was the Chief Operating Officer of ChannelAdvisor. Prior to ChannelAdvisor Michael was the Director of Product Marketing for GoTo Auctions, Vice President of Product Management and Marketing for AuctionRover.com and Senior Product Manager and Microsoft Liaison for Stingray Software.
Michael received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Eastern Illinois University. In 2004, Michael received Triangle Business Journal’s 40 under 40 award.
As Vice President and General Counsel, Scott Alridge leads all worldwide legal and contractual matters and planning, including domestic and international mergers and acquisitions, software and intellectual property licensing, corporate governance, employment matters, sales transactions, and strategic/corporate development initiatives. Previous to his employment at ChannelAdvisor, Alridge was an attorney at the corporate headquarters of Glenayre Electronics, a publicly held telecommunications company, where he worked extensively on a variety of domestic and international transactional and corporate matters. Scott also worked on numerous software, intellectual property and joint venture transactional matters while with IBM Corporation.
Scott received a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, and a Juris Doctor from the Walter F. George School of Law at Mercer University.
As the Vice President of International, Jennifer Gibson leads the expansion of ChannelAdvisor beyond North America. ChannelAdvisor’s international operations include market-appropriate software and services for domestic and global businesses throughout Europe and Australia. Previously, Gibson was the Chief Financial Officer for ChannelAdvisor. Prior to ChannelAdvisor Jennifer was the Director of Operations for GoTo Auctions, Chief Financial Officer for AuctionRover.com and Senior Manager for PricewaterhouseCoopers.
Jennifer received a Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University.
As the Vice President of Sales, Kevin Fitzgerald is responsible for all of ChannelAdvisor’s United States revenue and day-to-day sales operations. Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Kevin served as Vice President of Sales for Ultimus. Kevin has also held senior management positions with both IBM and Sapiens.
Kevin received a Bachelor of Arts from Pace University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University.
As the Vice President of Engineering, Ralph Kasuba guides the company’s product development and corporate growth. Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Ralph was the Vice President of Operations at CBS Marketwatch, a subsidiary of Dow Jones & Company. Prior to joining CBS Marketwatch, Ralph was the Director of Information Technology at Broadcom Corporation. Ralph has also held executive level positions at Rockwell Electronic Commerce and Charles Industries.
Ralph received a Bachelor of Science from Northern Illinois University.
As Vice President of Human Resources, Walter E. Goodlett, Jr. is responsible for the worldwide human resources function involving recruitment services, training and development, benefits and health services for ChannelAdvisor. Prior to ChannelAdvisor Walter served as Senior Vice President, Human Resources at RTI International. Prior to RTI International, Walter was the Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Litton PRC. Walter has also held executive level positions at Frontier Corporation and GE.
Walter received a Bachelor of Science from Western Carolina University and a Master’s in Business Administration from the Fuqua School of Business at Duke University. He is a graduate of GE’s Human Resource Leadership Program and is certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) by the Society of Human Resources. Walter was designated as a Marine Aviator while serving in the United States Marine Corps.
As Vice President of Operations, David Spitz is responsible for global products, services and finance operations.
Prior to ChannelAdvisor, Spitz founded and successfully exited multiple venture-backed software companies and was most recently an Entrepreneur-in-Residence at The Aurora Funds, a venture capital firm with over $200 million under management. Prior to Aurora, David was President of Avesair, a mobile marketing company, which was acquired by Inphonic. Prior to Avesair, David was co-founder and Chief Technology Officer of Netsation, a network management software company acquired by Nortel Networks.
David received a Bachelor of Computer Science from the University of California, San Diego. In 2008, David received the Triangle Business Journal’s “Top 40 Under 40” award. David has also been awarded two U.S. patents and is chairman of the North Carolina School of Science and Mathematics Foundation Board.
